Payments

Payment method: 50-100% non-refundable payment of the BASE prices before we start and the rest ( depend on your requirement and complexity or how much time I spent or your commission, it could be higher than the base prices ) before I give you full access to the Final Package.Refund condition: I'll only refund if you no longer want the commission before I send you ANY sketch(es)

Work time: 1-7 days for The Sktchy tier, 3-8 weeks for the Character tier and below, 12-24 weeks for The Storyteller tier.
I only provide the commission with the highest effort/quality I can provide so even with a rush order, it still takes at least 5-7 days to complete.

USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissionerI'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or site, or earn money with it.The commissioners are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

Commercial & Private

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be a minimum of 300% of the total price.

With commercial rights, you are allowed to:
Make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own unique brand.
(Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited)

A private commission will be a minimum of 50% of the final price

- Furry: +20% of the base price (new-may variate over time)

- soft NSFW/nude version: +35% of the total price

- Effects: 15$
- Pets: 50$+

- With arm/hand poses, complex design: +15$

Each month, there'll be 3-9 YCH new sketches for you to choose from. You can choose the one sketch that fits your character and we can make it into a full painting with the delivery time reduced to 1 week and no pending time! (*)

STATUS PHASES:
Price-drop > Pre-Order (for Patrons) > Live Order (from Sep 14th)

(*) The painting will take 1 week to complete, starting from the time we confirm the character's design on top of the original sketch, not when your order is placed. The turnaround time may increase depending on the complexity of the painting, such as if you request a background, special effects, weapons, pets, etc. Your feedback during the painting process will also affect the time it takes to complete. If the painting takes longer than expected, I will let you know as soon as possible. My priority is to create a high-quality painting, so I appreciate your understanding.

(**) You will get a 10% discount on any YCH order that takes more than 2 weeks to deliver (for basic order) or longer than the agreed estimated time (mentioned above)

(***) The N#de version is an optional choice. When available, you can either request to make 2 versions of 1 painting: NSFW & SFW which carries a 35% surcharge to the total price, OR only do the SFW version to skip this fee.
